Hill Resources, Inc., was founded in 1991 to provide safe, high quality programs for people with developmental challenges such as Mental Retardation. Our philosophy is to approach each person served as if they were a part of our own family. We believe that God owns everything and that we are stewards of His resources. Therefore, we seek His guidance when considering the needs of each person requesting our services and in the selection of employees who serve in our organization. We are licensed and certified by the State of Texas and the Department of Labor to provide the following MHMR services: ICF-MR; HCS; case management; residential; nursing; vocational; and day habilitation services.
