Residential Assistance

• We offer small-group home settings with 24-hour care staff. These homes are located in safe, quality, residential neighborhoods with private and semi-private rooms available. Our homes are maintained with the highest standards and offer a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• We provide both Home and Community Support (HCS Waiver programs) and Intermediate Care Facilities for persons with Mental Retardation (ICF/MR). These programs allow us to provide the individuals we serve with a variety of options such as: assisted living, supportive home living, case management, respite care, nursing, small residential group homes and foster care services.

Day Habilitation/Vocational

• We offer both day habilitation and vocational services.
• Our day habilitation program Culpepper's is located in historic downtown Abilene, Texas, and provides social integration training and specialized individual programming.
• Culpepper Creek Farms is located on the northeast edge of Abilene, Texas, city limits. The greenhouses at the Farm produce top quality plant products while clients can receive compensation for their work. Clients learn the intricacies of growing a variety of plants popular to the region. These plants are then sold to various area retail outlets. Clients also participate in gardening and recreational activities in our peaceful farm setting.
• Both programs participate in field trips/outings, arts & crafts, seasonal celebrations and host regular barbecues.
• Community day programs such as the City Recreation Department are available if an individual prefers these types of programs.

Living Resources, LLC

• Living Resources, LLC, is a sister organization of Hill resources, Inc., serving West Texas. Living Resources serves West Texas Centers MRA and Betty Hardwick MRA offering both ICF-MR and HCS Waiver programs.

Professional Assistance

• Medical, psychological, and financial services are available.
• We assure that nursing and medical services are available 24 hours a day as needed.
• We provide access to top psychiatric and psychological services in West Texas. Our team Psychological Associate, Jeanene Strickland, has over 25 years of experience working with developmentally disabled individuals.
• Our clients are offered assistance with setting up and managing a trust fund and/or personal checking account, which are monitored by a CPA firm and the Texas Department of Aging and Disability.
• Our clients are assisted with managing their Medicaid/Medicare benefits.
