At Hill Resources, we believe that learning and growing shouldn't be confined to a classroom. Our Individualized Skills and Socialization (ISS) programs in Abilene offers exciting opportunities for adults with special needs to explore their community, develop new skills, and build lasting friendships, all while having a great time!

Personalized Adventures:

We understand that everyone has unique interests and goals. That's why we work closely with each individual to create a personalized plan for community outings. Whether it's a trip to the zoo, a visit to a local museum, or cheering on the Abilene High Eagles, we make sure each outing is engaging, educational, and tailored to individual preferences.

Culpepper Creek Farm: Where Community Blooms

One of the highlights of our program is Culpepper Creek Farm, our very own greenhouse! Here, individuals participate in all aspects of running a small business, from planting seeds and nurturing plants to interacting with customers and selling their beautiful creations. It's an incredible way to learn valuable vocational skills while fostering a sense of pride and accomplishment.

But Culpepper Creek is more than just a greenhouse. It's a place where our community comes together. Visitors can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, purchase seasonal plants and produce, and even meet our adorable miniature ponies, Jasmine and Cherry! And don't forget to say hello to our chickens – you might even get to collect some fresh eggs! We also have a thriving organic garden where individuals can learn about sustainable growing practices and enjoy the fruits (and vegetables!) of their labor.
